As we approach the weekend, if you are dreaming of a long-term travel destination where you will set off after work on Saturday and return on Sunday, we strongly recommend that you add Izmir to your route. Even if it is a two-day holiday, you will collect memories that you will not forget for a long time, with the magnificent nature of İzmir combining blue and green, the relaxing scent of olive trees and its friendly people. Moreover, the sunny weather of İzmir, which reaches 16 degrees on Saturday, will almost remind you of a summer season. Where to Eat?
You can reach İzmir, where you will be fascinated by a naive city texture while reaching the peak of green, from metropolitan cities in a reasonable time. Izmir; It takes 6 hours from Antalya and Ankara, and 5 hours from Istanbul and Eskişehir. If you have a private vehicle, when you set out for İzmir, even a long journey will not bore you with the breeze of magnificent nature and warm air. If you are coming from Istanbul to Izmir, you can come across toll roads on the O-5 route. First of all, you have to pass around Gebze, Yalova, Gemlik, Balıkesir and Manisa while heading towards the O-5 road. Although long-term routes are popular, you can experience magnificent tastes while passing through impressive cities. If you feel hungry around Bursa while on your way, we recommend you to take a break at Sezgin Grill in Orhangazi.
